We use stainless steel for its strength and resistance to the elements, ensuring that your memorial plaque will last through time.

We also use 3M VHB double-sided tape, which can withstand extreme temperatures, humidity, UV rays and solvents. It is one of the strongest double-sided adhesives in the world!

Unlimited access to the platform

Enjoy unlimited access to the platform. You only pay ONCE, the price of the plate you choose. It is necessary to purchase a plate in order to create a profile.

Profiles are available for free, but you must purchase a plate to create a profile.

Public profiles will be accessible to everyone by scanning the QR code and on the platform. Private profiles will only be accessible through an email invitation from a profile administrator.

Can everyone access the profile?

It all depends on whether the profile is public or private.

When creating the profile, you can choose to make it public (accessible to everyone via the QR code or by searching for it on the platform) or private (only people invited by email will have access to it)

Can I edit the profile after setting it up for the first time?

Absolutely! You can update your profile content at any time. Your purchase includes lifetime access to the platform, allowing you to add or edit memories whenever you want.

Think you need help? You can add other admins to the profile so they can help you complete the profile.

Do I have access to support to help me build the profile?

Although we do not create the profiles, we offer fast, human support to help you if you have any problems.

Additionally, you can easily invite other friends to collaborate with you to create the profile.

How do I create a profile on the Heritage Platform?

Following your purchase, you will receive a link to the Heritage Platform where you can create your administrator account and begin creating the profile.


You will have the opportunity to personalize the profile by adding photos, videos, a short biography, key moments in the person's life, a family tree and other elements. You do not have to fill out all the sections at once and you can complete them at your own pace, in several steps.

What is a QR code and how does it work?

A QR code is a unique type of barcode that can be scanned using your mobile phone. Once scanned, you will be redirected to the person's profile.

Can I install my plaque outside?

Yes! Our plates are made of high quality stainless steel, one of the most weather and wear resistant materials in the world. They are designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, ensuring their durability over the years.

If you want to stick your plate, we also use 3M VHB ( Very High Bond) double-sided adhesive tape, capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, humidity, UV rays and solvents.

Do I need to complete all sections of the profile?

No, you can only fill in the sections that suit you.


For example, you can start by adding only photos and create the family tree later, if you wish. Otherwise, it is quite possible to leave some sections empty without any problem.

Do visitors have to pay to access the profile?

No! You have to buy a plaque in order to create a profile, but it is completely free for visitors to access the profile.

Note that you can put the profile in private mode (accessible by invitation or by scanning the QR code) or in public mode (accessible to everyone).
